To order supplies: •Find the item(s) you'd like to order. •In the Quantity box next to the item, type the number of that supply you'd like to order. •Type your name in the Your Name box. •If your organization requires a PO Number, enter it in the Purchase Order # box. •Type in the Notes box if you have special instructions, would like to add equipment to your eForm or want to request service on a machine. •When finished, click the Submit button and a reply message will appear momentarily. •As soon as you see the confirmation message, your order has been received and you may close your eForm. We will deliver to your location on our next regular delivery day! |
To request service: •Type in the Notes box to describe the problem and any special instructions. Please include important details such as the machine model that is experiencing a problem and a phone number at which you may be reached. •Click the Submit button •We will promptly page a service technician with your service request. One of our trained and certified technicians will respond by phone as soon as possible to provide an estimated time of arrival. •Not sure whether your machine requires service?
